Cosy Concepts was started with the observation that few homes in Victoria (and Australia) are built efficiency in mind. Beyond ticking the boxes for regulations, little attention is put into passive design principles, air sealing, insulation and all-electric homes.
I am an engineer currently working as a part-time secondary school teacher and a home comfort and energy assessor. I am also an accredited Residential Efficiency Scorecard (RES) assessor.
I've got a three year old daughter, so on the best of days, I'm a busy man!
My aim is to offer a service at a reasonable price point for what is not rocket science, then recommend cost-effective improvements to make your home more cosy.
